Director of Finance

Erin is driven by her belief that small groups of dedicated individuals can spark powerful and lasting social change, and she is excited to join the Upaya team in its mission to create dignified jobs for people living in extreme poverty.

With more than 16 years of experience in finance roles supporting non-profit organizations including Unitus, Vittana, and PATH, Erin brings deep experience in compliance, treasury, fund accounting, systems implementation, process improvement, and governance.

She has also served as a board member and capital campaign chair for Salish Sea Expeditions, a non-profit organization dedicated to marine science education. Outside of work, Erin enjoys skiing, sailing, and travelling with her family.

Erin holds a BA from Mount Holyoke College and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
