Founded in 2016, Haqdarshak has built a technology platform and app to connect Indian citizens with their eligible welfare schemes. A network of entrepreneurs called Haqdarshaks extend and enable this service to the citizens. The technology simplifies the existing literature on Government schemes and benefits into rule-based algorithms that match the citizen’s profile with eligible schemes.
The Haqdarshaks are regularly trained to use the platform and extend it as a service to the citizens. By charging a fee for closing the loop and thus enabling end beneficiaries to access the benefits they are eligible for, the Haqdarshaks earn additional income.

About the Founders:
Aniket Doegar is the co-founder and CEO of HESPL (Haqdarshak Empowerment Solutions), which simplifies access to welfare services. Over seven years, he has led the team in digitizing welfare schemes and supporting over 120,000 people in underserved communities. An SRCC Delhi alumnus, Aniket began his development career as a Teach for India Fellow and has co-founded several non-profits. He is also a board trustee at the YP Foundation.
