Yashodhra’s journey started from India to the United States in the mid-90s when she moved to the Seattle area and completed a degree from the University of Washington. Professionally, Yashodhra has over 18 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a niche in people management and growing/scaling organizations. She has been fortunate to work at large organizations like Microsoft and Meta as well as smaller organizations and start-ups alike. Currently Yashodhra leads Recruiting efforts for a Hardware team across NorAm, EMEA and APAC at Meta Platforms Inc.

Personally, Yashodhra has invested time in volunteering for local non-profits like Upaya Social Ventures as well as Pratham which tackle issues that she cares about deeply, poverty and education. In addition to that Yashodhra has also served as a Board Member for 3 years at her local Parent-Teacher Association raising over $75K for the school to invest in better equipment. Yashodhra enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 children, and Leeloo dog and thoroughly likes to travel the world.
