Zeena Freeman

With global experience in 150+ countries and deep expertise in the Americas, India, China, Japan, Europe and the UK, Zeena has led pre-revenue to multi-billion-dollar global P&Ls, including with Gap Inc., Aditya Birla, Sony, Black Diamond and others. She brings broad leadership experience across cultures, industries, and business models, enhancing organizational agility in areas such as strategy, digital transformation, supply chain and innovation.

In addition to operating experience as a CEO, COO and President, Zeena is a seasoned private and public Board member with Audit, Comp & Leadership Development Committee knowledge. She is also an Advisor to Entrepreneurs, supporting them with strategic, financial, operational planning and executive coaching. She frequently volunteers at academic incubators as a Mentor and Investment Judge for student start-ups. 

Zeena holds an MBA in Marketing, Operations Management, and International Business from NYU Stern. She received a BA from Hamilton College and additionally studied in the Himalayas with the School for International Training. Zeena holds a Corporate Director’s Certificate from Harvard Business School. She has lived and worked in San Francisco, Tokyo, Bangalore, Singapore, Hong Kong and now resides in New York City with her family.
