Greenwear provides linkages to fulfill the ‘Solar Charkha Mission’, where the women trained in yarn-making and sewing are meeting Greenwear’s goals of zero emissions by using machines that operate on solar power. Greenwear is present throughout the supply chain of their offered products to ensure the highest quality to their customers, while at the same time directly benefiting their employees through increased financial security and stability.

About the Founders:
Abhishek Pathak is a textile designer by education, an entrepreneur by passion and fervent admirer of traditional arts and crafts; Abhishek has 10 years of professional experience including designing for home fashion, working with artisans, skilling rural communities, business development and exploring e-commerce as market place for marginalized artisans.
Laxmi Dubey is a seasoned professional with over five years of experience in micro-finance and holds a postgraduate degree in commerce. Currently, she heads the operations at Greenwear, succeeding Abhishek. In addition to her role at Greenwear, Lakshmi serves on the boards of M.F. Infosolutions Private Limited and Bharti Cowshala Private Limited, showcasing her extensive expertise and leadership in the field.
